Strength & Skills Group Training


NBBA has created a program specifically for our High School athletes that is dedicated to improve their athletic ability along with their basketball skills. The Strength & Skills Workouts will consist of 45 minutes of basketball skill training and 45 minutes of strength/agility training with our NBBA Training Staff. The overall goal of this program is to continue to help players stay fit and fine tuned in preparation for the upcoming season.

  • For Boys & Girls entering 8th – 12th Grade
  • Number of Athletes:¬†Limited to 4 – 6 athletes per session
    • 2 – 3 Athletes will be training on the basketball court
    • 2 – 3 Athletes will be training in the training area
  • Location:¬†50 Lisbon St. Unit #5, San Rafael, CA 94901


  • All sessions are 90 minutes long.
  • Athletes are REQUIRED to attend two (2) sessions per week.
  • 10 Workouts = $650

Dates & Times:

  • Wednesday and Thursday mornings
  • Wednesday and Thursday evenings
  • Saturday and Sunday mornings
